Limited Editions & Exclusivity

The Wuff® produces selected designs in limited editions – available only for a short time and in small quantities.

These special pieces make up our Limited Editions and make every outfit unique.

✔ Important note

We produce exclusively to order; we do not keep stock. In rare cases, it can take up to 14 days until you receive your product. Therefore, cancellation is not possible after placing your order – this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

✔ Designs are deliberately removed from the product range to make room for new, fresh pieces.

✔ This ensures that each piece remains unique, exclusive and special – just like you.

Restocking fee for returns

Since our products are mostly manufactured to order, returns incur additional costs for inspection, repackaging and restocking.

In the event of a return under the statutory right of withdrawal, we therefore reserve the right to retain a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the goods.

This fee is only charged for returns of flawless goods that are without defect or error on the part of the seller.

For damaged, soiled or worn items, we reserve the right to charge a higher depreciation fee if resale is only possible with considerable effort or not at all.

Note regarding the restocking fee:

Please note that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value will be charged, provided the returned item is in perfect, resalable condition. This fee covers the costs of quality inspection, repackaging, and restocking.

Return shipping by the customer

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return shipments must be sent with tracking (tracking number) to clearly prove shipment.

We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until the refund process is complete.

If a return shipment is lost without proof of tracking, no refund of the purchase price can be issued.

Returns are only considered received once they have actually arrived at our premises.

✔ Up to 90% of our collections are made from organic cotton, combined with recycled polyester for comfort, durability and sustainability.

✔ Embroidery care: Hand wash or 30°C inside out, do not tumble dry, do not iron over embroidery.

✔ PosiCharge® Technology: Colors stay vibrant, designs remain sharp, textiles last longer – quality at The Wuff®.

✔ Regular fit; if unsure, choose one size larger for a particularly comfortable fit.

✔ Made to order – standard delivery time 4–7 days, maximum 14 days (plus production time 1–3 days)

✔ Free shipping throughout Europe and the USA, starting with your first order.

✔ Changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible after the order has been received.

✔ Returns: 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for unworn, unwashed goods with all tags attached. Custom designs excluded.

✔ Product defects: Send photos to info@tw-support.eu – we guarantee a solution.

Printing process

DTF (Direct to Film): The design is printed onto film and then transferred – perfect for detailed designs and long-lasting colors.

DTG (Direct to Garment): The design is printed directly onto the garment – ​​ideal for subtle color gradients and a soft feel.

Both processes ensure that your pieces – at The Wuff® – remain high-quality, durable and a real visual highlight.
