✔ Some of our designs are strictly limited worldwide – exclusive and only available in small quantities.

While we only produce to order and don't have traditional warehousing, we deliberately remove designs from our range to make room for new, fresh pieces.

This means that some styles are only available for a short time. If you miss out, you won't be able to get them again, and they automatically become exclusive collector's items . This way, each piece remains unique, exclusive, and special, just like you.

We won't reveal which designs will soon be discontinued—that's what makes them so appealing. This way, each piece remains truly unique and guarantees you a look that not everyone will wear.

Is there a physical store?

✔ At the moment we are sharing our products exclusively online at www.mydogmylife.com to focus our energy on unique designs and the community.

DTF & DTG printing – what’s behind it?

DTF (Direct to Film): We first print the design on a film and then transfer it to the garment. Perfect for detailed designs, vibrant colors, and long-lasting durability.

DTG (Direct to Garment): The design is printed directly onto the garment. Ideal for subtle color gradients, a soft feel, and precise prints.

In short: Both processes ensure that your fashion remains high-quality, long-lasting and a real visual highlight.

Orders & Shipping 🚚

Delivery time:

✔ Made to order, therefore 4-7 days standard, up to 14 days in rare cases.

Shipping costs:

✔ Free delivery throughout Europe from your first order.

Delivery outside Germany:

✔ Yes, within the EU and soon worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

Change or cancellation:

✔ Not possible after 24 hours as each piece is made individually.

Return / Exchange:

✔ 14-day return policy applies to unworn, unwashed items with all tags and in the original packaging. Custom designs are excluded.

Product defect:

✔ Email with photos to info@tw-support.eu – we guarantee a solution.

✔ Up to 90% of our collections are made from organic cotton, combined with recycled polyester for comfort, durability and sustainability.

Care of the embroidery:

✔ Hand wash or turn inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry, do not iron over embroidery to preserve detail and quality.

Failure:

✔ Regular fit. See product description for details. If unsure, order one size larger for a more comfortable fit.
